Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you after 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will have a no-show balance to your account of 25% of your total service. In addition if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there will also be a 25% cancellation fee. Please understand when you don’t show up for your appointment or cancel last minute, that is an appointment time that could have been scheduled for someone else. Don’t hesitate to reach out if needed! Thank you for your understanding.
